Details: Her breast fullness looks almost as if she has an implant. She does not. Dr.Elizabeth Fox added upper pole fullness to her breast by augmenting it with the excess lower pole breast tissue, thus a nice round pert breast results. Our patient told us that she could not pass a mirror without admiring herself.
